Lead ads are a great way to generate inbound inquiries from Facebook. When a user clicks on the ad, they are taken to a pre-filled form, which they simply need to submit to request contact. The leads then appear in the Facebook Lead Centre.
Realforce can, upon request, fetch incoming leads and distribute them via email to a specified address, making lead handling simpler from an agent’s perspective. To enable this, Realforce requires additional permissions.
Step 1, granting Realfoce lead access
First, someone with admin rights to the Facebook page needs to grant Realforce Lead Access. Realforce must be assigned as a Partner in the Business Manager to receive this access (see images). Please notify Realforce once this has been completed.
Step 2, Realfoce configure the system
Realforce uses Zapier to connect to the Facebook Lead Centre and must configure a “Zap” after access has been granted in Step 1. Following this, the person with admin rights to the Facebook page must proceed to Step 3.
Step 3, Add Zapier as a CRM
The person with admin rights should assign the “Zapier” app (not “Zapier Inc.”) as a CRM in Business Manager. Please inform Realforce once this is done so we can complete the connection and start the campaigns.
