If your Instagram account is already linked to your Facebook page, then you don't need to give Realforce access separately.

If your Instagram account is separate and not connected to any Facebook page, you can add your Instagram account/s to your Meta Business Manager and share access with Realforce.

Adding Instagram accounts to your Meta Business Manager

1. Click here to log in to your Meta Business Manager
   
   
2. In the top right of the page, click the Settings Icon gear, select –> Business Settings
   
   
3. Below Accounts, click Instagram accounts
   
   
4. Click +Add and enter username and password
   
   
   
5. Select the Ad Accounts and Facebook pages you'd like to assign to this Instagram account.
   
   
6. Click Finish.
   
   
   

Adding Realforce to your Instagram account

1. Go to Instagram Accounts
   
   
2. Select the account in the list
   
   
3. Click Assign Partners
   
   
   
   
4. In the pop-up window, fill in the Realforce Business ID: 566668494938894
   
   
5. Select level of access

6. The level of access Realforce needs is "Content"
   
   
   
   
7. Click Next and follow the steps until you Save Changes.
