First time login

If you have not already received the email with the subject "Set up your Realforce account", you can start by copying app.realforce.com, and fill in your email address.

When you receive the “Set up your Realforce account” email, click on the “Set your new password” button, fill in a personal password in the next step and then click on “Save password”. You will be automatically logged in after a few seconds.

Login with account

Copy the link → app.realforce.com/login to your web browser, and follow the steps below.

1. Enter your email address and password
2. Click on “log in”, you will be automatically logged in after a few seconds.
   
   

Single sign-on (SSO login)

Go to your company portal (for example, OKTA portal) and click on the Realforce tile to access the app, or copy the link → app.realforce.com/login to your web browser and follow the steps below.

1. Fill in your email address and click “Log in”
2. Open your Okta app to verify and login
   
   

Forgotten/Reset password step-by-step:

1. Copy the link → app.realforce.com
2. Enter your email address and click on “Send me instructions”
3. Go to your inbox for the verification code that has been sent to you
4. Go back to the login window and enter the verification code. Enter a new password and click “save password”
5. Your new password has been set, and you can log in
