A campaign that has not yet gone live can be cancelled on the order page within 24 hours from when you have received the publication email Your campaign will soon go live.

There are two ways to access the order page;

Via the publication email

Open the order page from the publication email by clicking on the button Go to campaign for the intended listing. Then click Cancel order on the right-hand side.

Via Realforce platform

Login to the platform and search for the listing using the address or the listing URL in the search field, then click on Order to access the order page, now click Cancel order on the right-hand side.

If the campaign is already live, please contact support as soon as possible.
