Realforce fetches listing information such as text, pictures, statuses or tags (i.e., for sale, sold etc.) from the listing page on your website. This information is reflected in the Realforce platform and manages the availability of marketing programs. It is therefore very important that the correct information is available on the listing page when the property is retrieved by Realforce.

If the status of your listing in the Realforce platform does not correspond to the status of the listing on your website, you can initiate an update of the listing information (see the article Update listing information)

Coming soon

If this feature is activated, a yellow banner with the status “Coming soon” will be shown as an overlay on the listing image. This is a listing that is available for advertising within the Realforce app, but is still not marked as “For Sale”.

On the market

This status is shown when a listing is marked as “For Sale” on your website and is indicated by a green banner with the text “On the market”. A listing with this status is ready for advertising.

Sold

This status is shown when a listing has been sold and marked with your unique sold checker on your website, and is indicated by a black banner with the text “Sold”. If your marketing program includes agent advertising for sold listings, a campaign can be activated as soon as the property is marked as sold.
