Step Guide:
- In the menu on the left side withinnCRM, click on lists
- Then click on contacts
- Click on the blurry round circle with a white tray to open up the filter
- Filter on what type of contacts you are looking for (you can filter on all active/inactive contacts, If you include inactive agents, you will see their customers as well)
- Close filter
When you have chosen the filter, you can create the calling list.
Step guide:
- Hover over the check-box (0/x contacts) and chose the dubble check (then all contacts will be chosen)
- Click on create calling list (black box above all contacts)
- In the sidebar, name the calling list and decide to whom the calling list is going to
- Click on save to send the calling list to yourself or your co-worker
The calling list can also be found under Lists → calling lists in the left-hand menu.
