This can only be done if you have the roll ‘’office manager’’ in the CRM-system. Below you will find a step guide on how to do each task.
Move one or more tasks:
- Click on Lists in the left-hand menu
- Click on Tasks in the sub-menu

Filter to your preferences & chose ‘’include inactive agents’’
(The tasks will present themselves in a list below)
- Chose the tasks that need to be moved by clicking in the box on the left side of the task
- Click on ‘’assign tasks’’
- In the sidebar to the right, click on ‘’assign to agent’’
- Chose the new agent and click on ‘’Connect’’

- Click on Lists in the left-hand menu
- Click on Leads in the sub menu

Filter to your preferences & chose ‘’include inactive agents’’
(The tasks will present themselves in a list below)
- Chose the tasks that need to be moved by clicking in the box on the left side of the task
- Click on ‘’assign tasks’’
- In the sidebar to the right, click on ‘’assign to agent’’
- Chose the new agent and click on ‘’Connect’’
