Each customer decides if all agents will be able to set their own targets every month, or if the office managers for each office will handle this.
If you do not have any sales targets presented in the system, nor the permission to place them, please reach out to your office manager to help you.
Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set your sales targets if the function is available to you.
Step-by-step guide:
- Click on “Settings” in the left-hand menu
- Click on “Manage sales targets”
- Chose the month you want to add sales target for
- Click on “Edit” and add your targets
- Click “Save” to complete the task
Note! If 3 or more days have passed into the new month, you cannot change or add sales targets.
