In many cases, when you face issues while using Adfenix, we need your screenshot (an image of your computer desktop) to see how the platform appears on your device. This helps us to troubleshoot the issues better.
There are different ways to take screenshots, depending on what devices you are using.
- For Windows computer
Press Print Screen button, which is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. The exact key name on the keyboard may vary slightly: Print Scrn, Prt Scn, Prnt Scrn, Prt Scr, Prt Scrn ...
Go to your email to us and press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.
- For Mac computer
Press Shift-Command-3, then find the screenshot as a .png file on your desktop.
Go to your email to us and attach the file.
- For mobile devices or other computer devices
