Why don't I see my Instagram ad on my Instagram page / wall?

Instagram does not allow ads to be posted to an Instagram page, it will only be shown on the users Instagram feed. 

Instagram ads are shown on the Instagram news feeds of Instagram users who may be interested in your listing.
