Our targeting algorithm identifies potential buyers of the properties, but we also identify the level of potential of the buyers, based on many criteria like how people behave, which types of properties they look at and in which suburbs they look. The ads are prioritized to be shown to more potential buyers first.
If you are living near the properties or visit real estate portals you could be identified as a potential buyer of the property. However, you could be not as high potential as other Facebook users, therefore the ads haven't shown to you yet.
